W zeszłorocznym Forum udział wzięło ponad 60 przedsiębiorców z całej Polski. W tym roku swój udział zapowiedział m.in. dyrektor generalny NIRDA (National Industrial Research and Development Agency) - Agencji Rozwoju i Inwestycji w Rwandzie, Pan Joseph Munguralire. Organizowane wydarzenie ma na celu tworzenie pomostu pomiędzy biznesem krajowym oraz przedsiębiorcami z Rwandy, która dzięki swojemu położeniu geograficznemu oraz członkostwu East African Community staje się naturalnym oknem dla ekspansji Polskich firm w Afryce.
Rwanda to kraj doskonale się rozwijający na przestrzeni ostatnich lat, dzięki mocnemu zaangażowaniu inwestorów, przede wszystkim firm ze Stanów Zjednoczonych, na tle ościennych państw afrykańskich odznacza się wysoką pozycją, przyciągając kolejnych międzynarodowych inwestorów. Celem Forum jest zapoznanie polskich przedsiębiorców z potencjałem ekonomicznym oraz możliwościami iwestycyjnymi w Rwandzie. Podczas dwóch paneli dyskusyjnych „Dlaczego Rwanda?” („Why Rwanda?”) i „W jaki sposób do Rwandy?” („How Rwanda?”) zaproszeni goście z Rwandy, prywatni przedsiębiorcy, a także z polskich i rwandyjskich organizacji rządowych przedstawią szerokie możliwości, potencjał oraz korzyści wynikające z inwestycji w Rwandzie, która stale rozwijając się, staje się bramą do krajów East African Community (Republiki Rwandy, Burundi, Ugandy, Kenii, Zjednoczonej Republiki Tanzanii oraz Południowego Sudanu) o łącznej populacji sięgającej 170 mln mieszkańców. W tym roku Rwanda będzie gościła Światowe Forum Ekonomiczne (World Economic Forum on Africa), które odbędzie się w stolicy kraju – Kigali, w pierwszej połowie maja.

The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Berlin and the Rwandan Diaspora in Poland would like to sincerely invite you to the Poland-Rwanda Business Forum 2016, which will take place on the 27th of April at the RadissonBLU Hotel in Warsaw.
Considering the importance of this event for Polish businesses' expansion in Africa, organizers for the second time decided to join and support the organizers in preparation of the event to strengthen the Polish-Rwandan economic relations, encourage cooperation between entrepreneurs in both countries, as well as promotion of investment opportunities in Rwanda, which due to its geographical location and membership in the the East African Community (consisting of Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania and South Sudan), naturally becomes a gateway for Polish companies' expansion in Africa with a potential market reaching 170 million inhabitants. Additionally, this year Rwanda will host the World Economic Forum on Africa in Kigali in the beginning of May.
The last year's edition of the event gathered over 60 business representatives from all over Poland, resulting in establishing of numerous connections and business opportunities. Following the success of the Poland-Rwanda Business Forum 2015, the Embassy and Diaspora will host Mr Joseph Mungarulire - the general director of National Industrial Research & Development Agency in Rwanda, as well as an representative of the Rwanda Development Board - an institution responsible for investment support, coordination and planning in Rwanda.
Rwanda is a constantly developing country and an attractive destination for international investors, mostly companies from the United States of America and the United Kingdom. In comparison with the surrounding countries Rwanda is an bright example of dynamic development, stable economy and numerous opportunities, which is regularly reinforced by the influx of international investors in agro-processing, energy and infrastructural sectors. The goal of the Poland-Rwanda Business Forum is to familiarize Polish entrepreneurs with the economic potential and investment opportunities of Rwanda, which during two discussion panels "Why Rwanda?" and "How Rwanda?" will be discussed by a number of guests, among whom will be private sector representatives and Polish and Rwandan governmental institutions.
